Cancellation Policy
A deposit is not required to book your appointment unless you request that extension hair be purchased for your service.
For extension services, a retainer fee is required upfront to cover the cost of hair. This retainer is applied toward your total service balance. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
All retainer fees are non-refundable, as the hair is purchased specifically for you. However, you may reschedule your appointment and still use your extensions.
All sales and services are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If there are any concerns, they must be addressed before leaving your appointment, and every effort will be made to ensure you are satisfied with your service.
No-shows will not be charged a fee, but will result in being unable to book future appointments.
Please be respectful of your scheduled time, as it impacts both your stylist and clients on the waitlist.
There is a 15 minute late grace period. Anytime after 15 minutes will result in a cancellation and you’ll need to reschedule your appointment.
